Tafwej processes student and guardian data on behalf of the school (the data controller). We collect: student names and classes, guardian phone numbers and emails, the pickup and drop-off locations guardians set, the live location of school buses during trips only, and the class-entry confirmation photos teachers take.
Face photos are used solely to confirm a student’s identity at class entry. Reference photos and face vectors are stored in the school’s cloud account and can be deleted on request. We never sell data, and we share it only with the processors needed to run the service (hosting, messaging, storage).
